Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, experiencing relationship difficulties, or going through a challenging time, you don’t have to navigate it alone. I’m here to support you in finding greater balance, clarity, and well-being.
Welcome to your journey of self discovery and growth
My Approach
At Balanced Approach Counselling, I offer a warm, supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and not judged.
I work in a collaborative way, which means we make sense of things together—at your pace, and in a way that feels right for you. I understand that no two people are the same, so our work will always be tailored to your unique experiences, needs, and goals.
Our relationships, life experiences, and environments all shape how we feel and respond to the world. Together, we’ll gently explore what’s been happening for you, helping you better understand your emotions and the patterns that may be keeping you stuck.

I bring together evidence-based approaches to support meaningful and lasting change, while keeping our work practical, supportive, and focused on what matters most to you.I believe that change is possible for everyone—with the right support.
My role is to walk alongside you as you build insight, develop practical strategies, and move toward a life that feels more balanced, meaningful, and manageable.
